Valley Ranch Apartments is owned and managed by the Thomas B. McMullen Company, Inc., which was founded in 1972 by Tom McMullen to develop commercial and residential real estate in the Ann Arbor area. The McMullen Company constructs, leases and manages only properties that it owns, which includes over 25 projects involving motels/hotels, multi-family apartments, residential condominiums and office space.
The McMullen Company is a local business, the employees live in the Ann Arbor community, and they pride themselves on responding promptly to their clients' requests.
